"Colin Mawson is one of the reasons we started Disintegration State in the first place. He's got an incredible gift with songwriting and wowed us with his piano compositions on 'Moons of Jupiter'. I'm a long-time fan of the collaborations between Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto and have wanted to do some piano-manipulations for a while, so asked Colin if he would be happy for me to reinterpret 'Moons of Jupiter'. Fortunately he obliged and I had a huge amount of fun working with such beautiful source material."
